毕马威塞浦路斯与中博星辰达成战略合作

塞浦路斯毕马威很高兴地宣布与中博星辰和塞浦路斯D. Yang太阳花有限公司正式达成合作。在“一带一路”战略背景下，中博星辰与太阳花跟塞浦路斯毕马威达成一致的意见并签署合作协议，推出超高含金量的KPMG国际实训学徒计划项目。

该项目将在毕马威的塞浦路斯办公地点尼科西亚市（塞浦路斯首都）进行，共持续5周的时间（从2018年的七月到八月）。担任此项目的主要导师将是塞浦路斯毕马威（KPMG Cyprus）中*具有丰富专业技术以及软技能培训经验的董事成员和管理层人员。

在培训项目的*后，学员将进入毕马威三大核心业务部门（审计、税务、咨询）开展学徒实践，实践期间会被分组，每组配备毕马威专业导师专门负责针对不同部门和行业的项目进行全程指导和监督，手把手辅导进行三大业务线的实务工作。在全程学徒实践的过程中，中博星辰也将有专业的老师进行跟踪服务。该项目旨在让参与者获得背景提升、实力锻造以及拓展国际人脉资源，以便于他们更好地理解当代商业环境以及他们未来的任务和职责。

KPMG in Cyprus is delighted to announce the commencement of its collaboration with ZBG Rising Star Co. Ltd, Chinese entity and D. Yang Sunflower Ltd, Cyprus entity. Within the framework of “The Belt and Road” strategy, the two organizations reached an agreement for the provision of a high caliber training and practice programme on behalf of KPMG.

The training and practice programme will last 5 weeks in total, scheduled to take place at KPMG’s premises in Nicosia in July and August 2018. The sessions will be delivered by Board Members and managerial staff working at KPMG in Cyprus who possess robust technical and soft skills expertise.

At the end of the training programmes, the trainees will be allocated to several groups according to their area of study (Audit, Tax and Advisory) for the apprentice shadowing stage of the programme. A mentor will be assigned to them and will be responsible for offering guidance and supervision throughout the project across various sectors and industries.

The training and practice programme aims at enhancing participants’ background, developing their employability skills and building their international social network to help them in better understanding the current business environment as well as their future tasks and responsibilities.

About 50 participants will have the opportunity to experience KPMG’s sociable working environment, learn their professional working process and communicate with experienced KPMG mentors.
